About the Role
As a Client Experience Associate, you will be the frontline ambassador of our brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving our business forward. This is a full-remote opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while making a meaningful impact on our customers' lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Take customer calls, capturing incoming leads, processing orders, and scheduling appointments in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Forward messages to our clients, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
- Work from your computer for the duration of your shift, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
- Regularly work 40 hours per week, with a minimum of 8 hours on Fridays, Saturdays, and Mondays.
