• Effectively communicate with customers, verbally and in writing, to resolve claims and address concerns
• Work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment, adapting to changing priorities and workflows
• Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback to drive continuous improvement

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
