We're now seeking an experienced Omnicare Clerk to join our team in a remote capacity, supporting our CVS Store Management teams in Hingham, MA. As an Omnicare Clerk, you'll play a critical role in driving store execution and performance, while building consumer loyalty through a focus on excellent customer service.

About the Role

When there's no manager onsite, you'll be responsible for leading the store staff, ensuring that store operations run smoothly, and completing all opening and closing procedures. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Management:
  • Working effectively with store management to drive store execution and performance
  • Communicating information effectively to and from store management
• Customer Service:
  • Assisting customers with their questions, problems, and complaints
  • Promoting CVS customer service culture through greeting, offering help, and thanking customers
  • Handling customer relations issues in accordance with company policy and promoting a positive shopping experience
  • Maintaining customer/patient confidentiality
• Inventory Management:
  • Completing all inventory tasks, including placing orders, restocking shelves, and rotating product

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Deductive reasoning ability and analytical skills
• Advanced communication skills
• Customer service skills
• Computer skills
• A High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

• Retail experience
• Inventory experience
