Identify pricing anomalies and make data-driven suggestions for pricing adjustments based on competitor and market insights
Support onboarding of new products and suppliers by reconciling vendor data and matching SKUs across systems
Perform classification of automotive parts by category, make, model, and fitment
Support high-volume data cleansing and mapping for pricing and product uploads
Interpret VIN (Vehicle Identification Numbers) and decode other vehicle data to verify specifications, compatibility, and product value
Hard Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in data entry, pricing analysis, or product catalog management (automotive, aftermarket parts, or manufacturing industry preferred)
Strong Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets skills, including formulas (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH), pivot tables, and data transformation
Hands-on experience with ERP, PIM, or inventory management systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, Zoho, SkuVault, Fishbowl, or similar)
Familiarity with automotive terminology, including make, model, year, VIN decoding, and product categorization
Proven experience working with large datasets, pricing files, and supplier data feeds
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, particularly for supplier follow-ups and internal reporting
Highly detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of handling repetitive, data-heavy tasks with a high level of accuracy
Fast learner with the ability to adapt to various software tools, platforms, and technical requirements
Background in automotive aftermarket, OEM/aftermarket parts distribution, or dealership inventory management
Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce
