Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the initial point of contact for prospective students, responding to inquiries and providing information about our programs and services
- Oversee the admissions process, including application review, interview scheduling, and admission decision-making
- Coordinate student services, including academic advising, orientation, and ongoing support
- Lead the Admissions and Advising Committee, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members
- Teach and tutor as needed, contributing to the academic success of our students
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of new programs and services
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with university policies and procedures
Essential Qualifications:
- Master's degree in TESOL/Applied Linguistics/Linguistics, or a related field
- TESOL certificate or equivalent experience
- C2 English proficiency or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in admissions, student services, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

- Experience working with international students
