Job Title: Walmart Order Manager (Dropshipping Business) Location: Remote (Preferably based in the Philippines) Hours: ??Start with 20 hours per week (with potential to increase to full-time) ??Work hours aligned with EST (Eastern Standard Time) ??About the Role: We are seeking a Walmart Order Manager to help manage and grow our Walmart dropshipping business. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience managing orders on Walmart?? platform, strong skills in Excel, and a keen eye for product profitability, pricing, and stock management. You will be responsible for processing customer orders, sourcing profitable products, and maintaining accurate inventory and margins. Responsibilities: ??Process customer orders: purchase products from selected retailers and fulfill buyers' orders on Walmart. ??Monitor and manage stock availability, ensuring products are always available for sale. ??Maintain and update product pricing to ensure healthy profit margins. ??Search and list profitable products based on market demand and competitive research. ??Track, update, and organize order records using Excel and internal tools. ??Communicate with suppliers/retailers if any order issues arise. ??Regularly check for price changes, stock updates, and adjust listings accordingly. ??Provide daily or weekly reports regarding orders, profits, inventory, and tasks completed. ??Experience managing Walmart orders (mandatory). ??Strong skills in Excel for inventory tracking, profit calculation, and reporting. ??Knowledge of dropshipping operations, especially for the Walmart marketplace. ??Ability to manage profit margins and pricing strategies. ??Strong research skills for finding high-demand, profitable products. ??Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. ??Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal). ??Must be reliable and able to work EST hours. ??Preferably male candidate from the Philippines. Preferred Skills: ??Experience with Walmart Seller Center and common retail sourcing sites. ??Knowledge of automation tools or programs used for Walmart dropshipping (a plus, but not required).
