Job Description:
As a Viral Video Editor, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging 60-second videos for social media. You will work closely with our team to understand the marketing objectives and goals of each project, and use your creative and technical skills to bring the vision to life. Your goal will be to create content that is not only visually appealing but also drives results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality, engaging 60-second videos for social media, including promo videos, ads, and other marketing content
- Work closely with the marketing team to understand the objectives and goals of each project
- Use your creative and technical skills to bring the vision to life, including video editing, animation, text overlays, special effects, and subtitling
- Deliver high-quality content quickly, with a focus on innovation and pushing the boundaries of what is possible
- Collaborate with the team to develop new ideas and concepts for social media content
- Travel with Rudy Mawer, our founder, on trips to film and edit content
- Work extended hours occasionally to meet tight deadlines
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in video editing and social media marketing
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A portfolio of your work, including at least 3 example videos
- Experience with marketing-based promo videos and graphics for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and various celebrity landing pages
- Advanced skills in Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Working knowledge of Adobe Suite
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
- Confidence in suggesting and executing creative solutions and fresh ideas
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Skills and Competencies:

Schedule:
