Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Remote Call Center Receptionist. As a Remote Call Center Receptionist, you will provide exceptional customer service to patients and their parents, assist with scheduling appointments, and respond to inquiries about our practice and policies. This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading pediatric practice, providing high-quality patient care and support from the comfort of your own home.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service with empathy and kindness to patients and their parents
- Schedule appointments accurately for patients across multiple offices
- Follow appropriate triage protocols and schedule messages for RNs and Pediatricians
- Register and guide new patients
- Answer general questions about the practice and offices
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and policies
- Transfer calls to the correct individuals/departments
- Maintain a positive demeanor and professionalism in a fast-paced environment
- Self-manage and prioritize tasks to meet productivity and quality standards
Essential Qualifications
- 1+ year of customer service experience/call center experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn our practice management system
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Ability to self-manage and work independently
- Must live in Alabama
- Strong internet connection for remote work
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a pediatric or healthcare setting
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and practice management systems
- Certification in customer service or a related field

Compensation and Benefits
