Job Summary
As a Remote Call Center Specialist, you will play a critical role in setting up Zoom appointments for our Sales Team with prospective buyers, reaching or exceeding personal and team goals, and learning about new industries and technologies to familiarize yourself with our clients and their customers. Key Responsibilities
- Set up Zoom appointments for our Sales Team with prospective buyers, acting as a liaison between our team and potential clients.
- Reach or exceed personal and team goals on a monthly basis, with a bonus and reward component attached to performance.
- Learn about new industries and technologies to help you familiarize yourself with our clients and their customers, expanding your knowledge and expertise.
- Utilize computer and internet requirements to work from home, including a reliable, hard-wired internet connection and camera for video calls.
- Complete a two-week onboarding period to ensure your success, starting tasks by day three to help you meet goals quickly.
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- At least one year of experience in business development (BDR), call center experience, door-to-door sales experience, lead generation, appointment-setting, sales experience, or a similar field.
- Familiarity with cloud-based dialers, CRMs (like Salesforce), and messaging apps (like Slack).
- Strong phone presence and excellent communication skills.
- Positive and energetic attitude with a strong desire to succeed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with sales or business development in a remote or call center environment.
