Job Overview: As the Supply Chain Lead at Scalesforth, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our supply chain operations to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of products to our customers. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end supply chain process, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing strategies to enhance our overall supply chain performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with company objectives and drive operational excellence
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and distribution teams to forecast demand, monitor inventory levels, and ensure timely replenishment
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the supply chain and implement best practices to enhance efficiency
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor supplier performance to ensure consistent quality and on-time delivery
- Analyze data and key performance indicators to assess supply chain performance and develop actionable insights for optimization

Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex supply chain challenges
