We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Infrastructure Assistant to join our team at Workwarp. As an IT Infra Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch technical support to our employees across India. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hardware, software, and network support to employees via telephone, email, or remote tools, ensuring efficient troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot various software and hardware components, including computers, notebooks, printers, and telephone handsets.
- Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Office 365 applications and OneDrive to ensure seamless user operations.
- Handle data backup and restoration procedures, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Manage and maintain the ticketing tool, ensuring timely tracking, escalation, and closure of support requests.
- Oversee IT assets, including allocation, return procedures, follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in Back Office IT Support Role.
- Graduate/Diploma in a relevant field (B Tech/B E preferred).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Hindi.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new technologies and methods.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn.
