About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Source-to-Pay Program Management Specialist - Indirect (Virtual) to join our Indirect Supply Chain (ISC) organization. As a strategic leader in our Center of Expertise (COE), you will play a critical role in shaping our approach to managing our source-to-pay (S2P) roadmap, improving the S2P experience for our team, stakeholders, and suppliers. Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical and business guidance to critical suppliers and programs, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives and industry best practices.
- Lead strategic supply chain activities to manage work with suppliers and programs, fostering collaborative relationships and driving mutual benefit.
- Manage all aspects of supplier and stakeholder relationships and performance throughout all contract phases, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Lead supplier assessments and the development of recovery plans, corrective and preventative actions, to mitigate risks and improve overall performance.
- Develop and implement company or business unit procurement strategies, aligning with our S2P roadmap and industry trends.
- Provide oversight, guidance, and verification of work movement projects, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruption to our operations.
- Communicate supplier and organization performance plans, risks, issues, and opportunities to stakeholders, promoting transparency and informed decision-making.
- Manage work movement plans, ensuring effective resource allocation and optimal outcomes.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Extensive experience in supply chain management, specifically in source-to-pay processes, with a deep understanding of industry best practices and emerging trends.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale, critical projects/initiatives related to business processes, technology implementation, policy, and procedures, with a strong track record of delivery and results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster and maintain relationships both internally and externally, and to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong program management and technology skills, with experience in SAP Ariba and other S2P technologies, and the ability to leverage data analytics to inform strategic decisions.
- A passion for building and sharing knowledge, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
