We are now seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineering Manager to join our DPX Engineering team, a group responsible for architecting, designing, and building the next generation of connected systems and tools.
The DPX Engineering team is at the forefront of innovation, using microservices architecture to manage and support critical business functions such as cost, schedule, networking, commissioning, procurement, safety, and planning in real-time. Our team has a charter to deliver robust automation for these functions through well-engineered systems and to design and build the next-gen, ML-based recommendation engine. This engine will enable cost and schedule modeling, supply planning, and execution planning while integrating with the broader CO+I ecosystem. As a Senior Software Engineering Manager, you will be instrumental in leading our team to deliver automation capabilities that power long-range execution planning efforts, drive workflow improvements, and build solutions to assist in the delivery of large-scale data centers through efficient management of cost and schedule.

We offer a competitive salary range for this role, with a typical base pay range of $112,000 - $218,400 per year in the U.S., and $145,800 - $238,600 per year in specific locations such as the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off, among others. Certain roles may be eligible for additional benefits and compensation.
