What You’ll Be Doing
• Respond to Incoming Leads: Connect with homeowners who need quick solutions.
• Build Trust: Have meaningful conversations, understand their situation, and offer the best options.
• Guide the Process: Walk homeowners through every step of selling their property.
• Close Deals: Negotiate, overcome objections, and secure signed contracts.
• Stay Organized: Maintain your pipeline and follow up consistently.
• Use Our CRM: Keep accurate notes, status updates, and communication logs.
• Crush Goals: Hit personal sales targets and contribute to team wins.
What You Bring

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Experience in sales (1+ year) — real estate experience is a plus, not required
Qualifications
• 1+ year of sales experience
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding goals
• Excellent conversational and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Strong organizational skills and CRM experience (preferred)

Schedule
This is not a traditional clock-in/clock-out role.
We work Monday–Friday, and weekend hours are available (and rewarded) for top performers.
Compensation
• $6,000 sign-on bonus*
• Commission + performance bonuses
• Six-figure annual earning potential
Sign-On Bonus Breakdown:
• $3,000 after completing the first 30 days
• $3,000 after completing the 8-week onboarding program
