The Role
We are looking for a senior contract Growth Marketer to help us package, position, and launch a B2B and enterprise-focused offer, then execute a campaign to generate qualified inbound opportunities.
This role is not about generic lead generation. It is about:
- Sharpening a high-value offer
- Targeting decision-makers with real buying power
- Launching and optimizing paid and organic campaigns
- Driving conversations with companies that are a strong fit for NUUX
You will work closely with the founder to translate our services, case studies, and positioning into a clear growth motion.
What You Will Do
Offer & Positioning
- Help refine and package our B2B and enterprise service offering
- Translate NUUX services into clear, outcome-driven messaging
- Align positioning with buyer pain points, budgets, and buying triggers
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Design and launch campaigns targeting B2B and enterprise accounts
- Primary focus on LinkedIn, with support from paid search or retargeting if needed
- Define ICP targeting, audiences, and account-level strategies
- Collaborate on landing page and funnel structure
Performance & Optimization
- Set up tracking, attribution, and success metrics
- Monitor performance and iterate on messaging, targeting, and creative
- Provide clear reporting and insights tied to pipeline quality, not vanity metrics
Ideal Customer Profile (Who You’ll Be Targeting): Ideal customers are B2B and enterprise companies with established revenue (typically $1.5M–$10M+ annually) that have the budget and intent to invest in premium UX, Webflow development, and growth initiatives.
