**Responsibilities**
As a Bookkeeping Software Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone support. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Providing expert assistance to customers with questions related to bookkeeping software processes, ledger entry, navigation, and other troubleshooting needs
* Demonstrating proficiency in QuickBooks Online or comparable accounting software
* Utilizing your bookkeeping/accounting expertise to resolve customer issues and provide confident resolution
* Communicating with customers in a friendly tone and professional demeanor
* Collaborating with customers to identify and implement solutions to their bookkeeping software challenges
* Staying up-to-date with the latest features and updates of QuickBooks Online and other accounting software
* Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge

**Earnings Potential**
As a Bookkeeping Software Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to earn up to $20.40 per hour. Contractors are guaranteed a minimum of 45 minutes for each hour if available for the full 60 minutes.
**Schedule**
* Flexible schedule opportunities - you create your own schedule!
* Schedule available hours between 8 am and 8 pm CST, Monday - Friday
**Skills Needed**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or comparable accounting software
* Bookkeeping/accounting expertise to include AR, AP, journal entries, reconciliation, etc.
* Customer service experience and demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service over the phone in a virtual or "brick and mortar" call center environment
* Comfort with cross-selling relevant products while addressing customer concerns
* Strong ownership of customer issues in order to take control of the situation and provide confident resolution
* Tech savvy and avid computer user
* Ability to communicate with a friendly tone and professional demeanor
**Work Environment Requirements**
To ensure your success as a Bookkeeping Software Customer Support Specialist, you'll need:
* A quiet, uninterrupted space
* An organized desk area
**Technology Requirements**
* Personal computer (no tablet)
* Broadband internet connection, at least 10 Mbps download speed
* Wired internet connection (no wi-fi or mobile internet)
* Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system
* Valid antivirus software installed, running and up to date
* Wired USB headset with microphone
* Mac users: Mac acceptance is limited to Intel-based machines with Windows 11 installed via Apple's Boot Camp utility
* No VPN; computers may not connect to internet services through a private VPN during arenaflex working time
**Important Information**
* For this program, you must live and work from the United States, except CA, NY, PA, WA. We are currently unable to work with contractors residing in California, New York, Pennsylvania, or Washington.
* Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check.
* The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of this program assignment. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex.
