The Sales & Executive Operations Coordinator will support the CEO and Head of Sales by managing schedules, coordinating sales follow-ups, and building systems to enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting logistics for the CEO and Head of Sales
- Draft and coordinate follow-up emails after meetings and sales calls
- Attend select sales calls and internal meetings to gain context and anticipate next steps
- Protect focus time and help prioritize requests
- Track next steps from sales conversations and ensure follow-ups happen on time
- Maintain clean CRM records and meeting notes
- Coordinate outreach, scheduling, and reminders with prospects and partners
- Help plan and coordinate HR and leadership events
- Manage event logistics, communications, and post-event follow-up
- Support in-person and virtual events as needed
- Turn verbal conversations into documented next steps and simple processes
- Help create SOPs and lightweight systems to reduce repeat work
- Identify small process improvements that save time and reduce friction
Skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication
- Comfort working with calendars, email, and CRM tools
- Ability to learn quickly and operate with limited instruction
- Willingness to work in a hybrid, in-office environment
- Experience supporting sales, executives, or events
- Comfort interacting with executives, prospects, and partners
- Experience coordinating meetings, follow-ups, or projects
- Interest in sales operations, revenue operations, or marketing
