Job Summary

As a Retail Sales Consultant at AT&T, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth, providing exceptional customer experiences, and promoting our suite of products and services. You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, using a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options and help them find solutions that meet their needs. Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth and promoting AT&T's suite of products and services
Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options and help them find solutions that meet their needs
Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, to ensure that customers receive the support they need
Participate in events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
Stay up-to-date with evolving technology and changes in the market, adapting your sales approach as needed
Meet and exceed sales targets, earning commission and contributing to the growth of the business

Requirements:

To be successful as a Retail Sales Consultant at AT&T, you will need:

Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience (a plus, but not required)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to adapt to changing technology and market trends
A passion for sales and a drive to meet and exceed targets
