Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Promote and sell Verizon products and services to customers.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
Maintain knowledge of current Verizon products, services, and promotions.
Educate customers on the features and benefits of Verizon products.
Meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of technology and the ability to explain it to customers.
Assist with inventory management and restocking of products.
Ensure kiosk is clean, organized, and visually appealing to customers.
Collaborate with team members to create a positive and productive work environment.
Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
Maintain accurate customer records and complete necessary paperwork.
Continuously strive to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
Uphold Verizon's brand and company standards.
Handle customer complaints and escalations in a professional and efficient manner.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
