Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. SOLV Energy is an engineering, procurement, construction (EPC) and solar services provider for utility solar, high voltage substation and energy storage markets across North America. The Warranty Administrative Assistant's main focus will be on EPC, HV, and BESS close out packages and support ongoing warranty processes.
Responsibilities
- Assist Warranty Services Administrative Manager or Warranty Manager as needed
- Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures
- Maintain Warranty Projects Guide
- Set up Closeout Templates
- Tracking of Substantial Completion Dates and Certificates
- Coordination with all Contractors to receive and review closeout documentation
- Filing of all closeout documentation in Sharepoint/ICM Closeout Folders
- Delivery of closeout package to project teams
- Assist with writing and tracking Purchase and Work Orders for warranty work
- Assist with maintaining warranty filing system
- Complete other responsibilities as assigned
