They are seeking a client-service-oriented Receptionist to field calls from potential clients and existing clients, as well as manage data entry into the firm's CRM system.
Responsibilities
- Empathetically fielding calls from potential new clients and pre-qualifying them before they are scheduled to speak with the Client Intake Manager
- Fielding all other calls that come into the firm from existing clients, opposing law firms, expert witnesses, and Judicial Assistants
- Accurately entering data into the Firm's CRM system and lead tracking spreadsheets
