About the Role: Remote Email Chat Representative and Call Centre Support

We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Remote Email Chat Representative and Call Centre Support to join our team at blithequark. As a liaison between our organization and our clients, you'll provide critical support services, answer questions, and resolve emerging problems with accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and assess clients' needs to achieve satisfaction, providing personalized support and solutions.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative, with a track record of delivering exceptional results.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and tools.
