Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate at blithequark, your primary focus will be on delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Engaging customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services, resolving customer issues, and answering questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Modeling and sharing customer service best practices with all team members to deliver a consistent and exceptional customer experience.
- Providing customers with courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service, recommending items for sale, and suggesting trade-up and/or companion items.
- Processing customer transactions on assigned cash registers, handling cash, and distributing change as requested.
- Maintaining a clean and well-merchandised store environment, including counters and shelves, and implementing company asset protection procedures.
- Ensuring compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products and constructing and maintaining displays, including promotional and seasonal merchandise.
- Assisting with web pick-up responsibilities, including monitoring orders, filling orders, and delivering orders to customers.
- Maintaining a working knowledge of store systems and equipment and providing customer service in the photo area.
