Responsibilities
- Perform intake and data entry functions, ensuring accuracy in reports
- Review incoming reports for correctness and make necessary corrections
- Maintain ongoing communication and collaboration within a team framework
- Access multiple internal and external platforms for report access and data correction
- Educate stakeholders on Critical Incident reporting
Skills
- Must reside in New Mexico and work in the Mountain Time zone
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data entry or related field
- Proficiency in English reading, speaking, and writing
- Strong keyboarding skills and computer literacy
- Understanding of patient confidentiality laws related to personal health information
- Experience with data analysis skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and MS Teams
- Excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette
- Strong time management abilities
- Effective email communication skills
