They are seeking an Entry-Level Customer Success Manager who is passionate about helping clients succeed and is eager to learn, focusing on client onboarding, relationship management, and process optimization.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients joining NEP Services for website development and onboarding to Connect Plus+
- Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand and effectively use their custom website and membership management system
- Develop and maintain training resources, FAQs, and user guides to support clients
- Help clients navigate their custom-built websites and Connect Plus+ platform
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and escalating concerns when necessary
- Collaborate with internal teams to test software features and provide feedback for improvements
- Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel supported throughout their journey with NEP Services
- Monitor client engagement, adoption, and satisfaction, addressing concerns proactively
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance to clients on best practices
- Manage client requests and communications using HubSpot, Monday.com, and task management software
- Track client interactions, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely responses
- Maintain accurate client records and progress reports
- Identify areas for improvement in onboarding and customer success processes
- Provide client insights to leadership and contribute to service enhancements
- Suggest workflow optimizations to improve efficiency
Skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to quickly learn new software and guide clients through onboarding
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
- Industry experience preferred, but open to motivated candidates eager to learn
- Experience or familiarity with HubSpot, Monday.com, task management, and email tools is a plus
