In this role, you will engage with potential customers, assist them in finding the best services, and maximize sales opportunities?all while delivering outstanding customer experiences. Responsibilities ? Answer a high volume of inbound customer calls and collect contact information. ? Establish a strong connection with customers to identify and anticipate service needs. ? Promote additional services and special offers tailored to customer preferences. ? Maintain and update a database of potential and existing customers. ? Collaborate with a supportive team to achieve shared sales goals. Qualifications ? High school diploma or equivalent. ? 1-2 years of experience in customer service and/or sales functions preferred. ? Bilingual in Spanish and English. ? Strong phone etiquette and a friendly, customer-focused attitude. ? 1+ year of sales experience. ? Ability to quickly learn and match customer needs to service solutions. ? Availability to work scheduled shifts between 7 AM and 8 PM, Monday to Friday. ? Must be located in Houston, TX. Perks ?
