At TransFi, we're building the future of Web3 payments, and we're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Partnership & Growth Manager to join our team. As a key player in our growth strategy, you will be responsible for sourcing and acquiring new payment partners, building and maintaining relationships, and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.
About the Role:
- Sourcing and acquiring new payment partners, including local licensed payment gateways, banking partners, and OTC desks
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with payment partners, while systematically tracking each partner in our system
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including finance, compliance, and customer support, to streamline payment processing processes and resolve payment-related issues
- Monitoring and analyzing payment processing metrics to identify areas for improvement and communicating with partners to implement enhancements
- Staying up-to-date with emerging Web3 projects and industry trends to identify growth opportunities and strategic partnerships
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in business development or partnerships, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Past experience in cross-border payments or trade finance business, preferably with companies like Currency Cloud, Wise, Remitly, Nium, or Payoneer
- Strong understanding of remittance, payment processing, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Passion for the Web3 industry and a vision for its potential to transform payments in emerging markets
