Live Chat Agent Mulberry Schools Trust is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Live Chat Agent to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Live Chat Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and resolving issues via live chat. This is a remote position, and we are looking for someone who is comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities ? Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner ? Provide accurate and helpful information to resolve customer issues and concerns ? Utilize technical knowledge of live chat platforms to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues ? Use problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary ? Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets and quality standards ? Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience Qualifications ? Excellent communication and customer service skills ? Technical knowledge of live chat platforms ? Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically ? Ability to work independently and as part of a team ? High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or degree preferred ?
