<h2>Job Description</h2><div>Job Description<div><p>IT Project Manager – ServiceTitan & Sage Intacct (Fully Remote after 2 months)</p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Location:</strong> 100% Remote (with travel to Tampa, FL or West Palm Beach, FL once/week for first 2 months)</p><p><strong>Travel:</strong> 1–2 days/week to West Palm Beach or Tampa, FL (initially); occasional travel to Texas (Dallas, Houston, San Antonio) or Virginia (Richmond, Chesapeake) is a plus</p><p><strong>Compensation:</strong> $90,000 – $130,000 annually (depending on experience)</p><p><strong>Employment Type:</strong> Full-time</p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Role Summary:</strong></p><p>We are seeking a <strong>hands-on IT Project Manager</strong> with deep expertise in <strong>ServiceTitan</strong> and <strong>Sage Intacct</strong> to lead the migration of a recently acquired 120-employee company from an older Sage system. This role is critical to ensuring a successful go-live by <strong>January 1st of the new year</strong>.</p><p><br /></p><p>The ideal candidate will combine strong <strong>technical proficiency</strong> with <strong>project management skills</strong>—capable of both architecting solutions and “rolling up their sleeves” to troubleshoot, configure, and support systems. Long-term, this individual may become our in-house ServiceTitan subject matter expert, reducing reliance on external vendors and ensuring continuous improvement across our operations.</p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Lead System Migration:</strong> Manage and execute the migration of the acquired company’s data and employees from an older Sage system into <strong>ServiceTitan</strong> and <strong>Sage Intacct</strong>.</li><li><strong>Integration & Training:</strong> Support ServiceTitan integrations, conduct user training, and provide ongoing education to ensure adoption and effective system use.</li><li><strong>Technical Troubleshooting:</strong> Proactively diagnose, resolve, and recode technical issues related to ServiceTitan and Sage Intacct.</li><li><strong>Internal Subject Matter Expert:</strong> Serve as a trusted in-house authority on ServiceTitan, improving responsiveness compared to external vendor support.</li><li><strong>Project Management:</strong> Define timelines, deliverables, and milestones for the migration project to ensure the January 1st deadline is met.</li><li><strong>Continuous Improvement:</strong> Identify opportunities to optimize processes, workflows, and data integrity across ServiceTitan and Sage Intacct platforms.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Qualifications & Experience</p><p><strong>Required:</strong></p><ul><li>Proven expertise in <strong>ServiceTitan</strong> (system integrations, configurations, and troubleshooting).</li><li>Strong proficiency with <strong>Sage Intacct</strong>.</li><li>Experience leading technical system migrations and integrations.</li><li>Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels—planning projects while directly executing technical work.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.</li><li>Previous experience as a <strong>Technical Project Manager</strong>, <strong>Systems Integrator</strong>, or similar role.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p><ul><li>Background in service industries (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or residential contracting).</li><li>Based in Florida (West Palm Beach or Tampa preferred), Texas, or Virginia where physical offices are located</li><li>Prior experience working in a <strong>private equity-backed growth environment</strong>.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Success Metrics – First 6 Months:</strong></p><ol><li>Successfully migrate the acquired company’s operations into <strong>ServiceTitan</strong> and <strong>Sage Intacct</strong> by the January 1st go-live deadline.</li><li>Deliver effective training and integration support to ensure user adoption.</li><li>Establish yourself as the internal go-to resource for ServiceTitan troubleshooting and support.</li></ol><p><br /></p><p>Why Join?</p><ul><li>Be part of a fast-growing, private equity–backed platform transforming the HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service industry.</li><li>Play a <strong>mission-critical role</strong> in delivering a high-visibility migration project.</li><li>Opportunity to evolve into a <strong>long-term systems leadership role</strong> with ongoing impact.</li><li>Flexible remote work with travel to key offices as needed.</li></ul><p><br /></p></div></div>
