We're seeking a compassionate and experienced Associate Manager, Clinical Health Services to join our team at CVS Health. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight of appeals, including clinical and non-clinical staff, with a focus on problem-solving and critical thinking
- Development, implementation, and communication of performance expectations, with accountability for maintaining compliance with policies and procedures
- Support for team and individual development, including recruitment, hiring, and training of staff
- Monitoring of open inventory, production, and quality, with a focus on delivering results that drive business outcomes
- Participation in weekend on-call rotations, with a focus on providing exceptional support to our patients and members
Requirements:
- Active and unrestricted RN licensure in state of residence
- 3+ years of clinical experience, with 2+ years of appeals experience
- RN Associate's Degree minimum required, with BSN preferred
- Computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and web-based applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with providers, members, staff, and leaders

- Competitive salary range: $80,340.00 - $173,040.00
