As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our elite tutoring service by closing inbound warm leads and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contact, Develop, and Close Inbound Leads: Engage with qualified and interested customers, understand their tutoring needs, and make personalized recommendations to promote our tutoring and online services.
- Make Outbound Calls: Make 60-80 outbound calls to qualified and interested customers to promote our services and close deals.
- Understand Families' Tutoring Needs: Develop a deep understanding of families' tutoring needs and make appropriate recommendations to help students excel with their studies.
- Independently Work with Minimal Supervision: Work independently in a fast-paced business environment with minimal supervision, demonstrating self-motivation and productivity.
- Utilize CRM Application: Use an established CRM application to manage leads, track interactions, and analyze sales performance.
- Collaborate with Team Members: Collaborate with team members to share best practices, provide feedback, and contribute to the growth and success of the team.
Essential Qualifications:
- 1-3+ Years of Inside Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in inside sales, preferably selling tutoring services or similar products.
- Understanding of Tutoring: Strong understanding of the importance of tutoring and the ability to explain its value to interested customers.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and close deals.
- Desire to be a Top Performer: A strong desire to be a top performer and a closer, with a demonstrated track record of success in closing inbound leads.
- High Level of Integrity: A high level of integrity and a commitment to success, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred: A bachelor's degree is preferred, but a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CRM Applications: Experience with CRM applications, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, is highly desirable.
- Tutoring Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the tutoring industry and experience working with students or families is an asset.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Hourly Rate: Starting at $18 per hour, with a minimum of 20 hours per week and up to a maximum of 40 hours per week.
