The role involves onboarding customer data with high accuracy, managing data extraction and reconciliation, and providing exceptional onboarding experience. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of commercial real estate or lease administration experience and a detail-oriented mindset.
Requirements
- 2+ years of commercial real estate, lease administration or lease abstraction experience
- Experience in a fast-paced startup or ability to excel in a high impact, high ambiguity startup environment
- Highly detail-oriented with a critical degree of accuracy with data management
- Excellent communication, follow-through and follow-up, with proven experience meeting commitments and deadlines
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to set priorities, manage multiple projects and drive results with precise attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
