Job Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Workforce Demand Planner with a strong background in sales and operations planning, data analysis, and workforce management. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field, with a proven track record of developing and implementing effective workforce capacity planning models. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering proactive analysis of financial forecasts, creating operational forecasts, and providing recommendations for staffing group effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement workforce capacity planning models to ensure effective projections of inputs and capacity requirements
- Deliver proactive analysis of financial forecasts and create operational forecasts to produce accurate projections of inputs and capacity requirements
- Analyze inputs and recommend trends or variances to plan, ensuring accurate planning of all input variables affecting the forecast and staff planning
- Provide analysis and recommendations for staffing group effectiveness, driving efficiency and balance with quality
- Drive model improvements to maximize statistical confidence and operational accuracy, supporting flexibility and effectiveness of supporting models
- Provide business analytics and data gathering to support detailed modeling of Capacity Planning and metrics, statistically confident projections
- Interface with call center leaders to understand fast-changing business needs and plan risk effectively, ensuring effective capacity to demands
Essential Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in related sales and operations planning, with strong data and analytics skills
- Dynamic workforce management (service planning) experience is an advantage
- Experience in developing workforce capacity planning models
- Broad end-to-end supply chain and operations process knowledge
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface with call center leaders and other stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a call center or customer care environment, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities in this field
