Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their tax-related questions and software navigation issues
- Assist customers with downloading, logging in, getting started with basic navigation, importing documents, printing, and filing, as well as answering basic tax questions
- Utilize your knowledge of blithequark products and tax preparation software to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Marketplace Performance Specialists (MPS) to ensure that customers receive the best possible support
- Build strong relationships with customers, providing empathetic and personalized support to ensure their needs are met
- Continuously update your knowledge and skills to stay current with blithequark products and services, as well as industry trends and developments
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate solutions clearly and empathetically. You will also need to be proficient in the following areas:
