About the Role

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- German language skills at B2 level and English language skills at B1-B2 level
- EU passport
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in customer service or content moderation is a plus, but not required
