Pay Schedule and Expectations
We pay our team members twice a month, on the 15th and 30th. Your first check will be issued after completing two weeks of work, and your pay schedule will depend on your start date. We expect our virtual customer service representatives to work a minimum of 1 hour and a maximum of 40 hours per week, with a standard 8-hour shift during the day.
Qualifications and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
