We are seeking a licensed CPA with recognized business valuation credentials to review an existing valuation report and,, sign off on the report in a professional valuation capacity.
The valuation analysis itself has already been prepared. The scope of this engagement is limited to independent review, professional diligence, and execution—not re-performing the valuation unless you determine revisions are necessary.
We will provide all supporting diligence materials upon request and will cooperate fully to meet your professional standards.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Active CPA license (U.S.)
At least one recognized valuation credential:
(a) ABV (Accredited in Business Valuation – AICPA)
(b) CVA (Certified Valuation Analyst – NACVA)
(c) ASA (Accredited Senior Appraiser)
(d) CFA with demonstrated valuation opinion experience
Prior experience signing valuation reports relied upon for:
Transactions, tax, financial reporting, or investor use
Ability to sign the report in your professional capacity if your review supports the conclusions
SCOPE OF WORK
Review completed valuation report
Request and review supporting diligence as needed
Confirm methodology, assumptions, and standards applied
Provide feedback or required adjustments (if any)
Execute/sign valuation report upon professional satisfaction
DELIVERABLES
Signed valuation report (assuming review standards are met) in the form of a letter to be inserted as the page after the table of contents, including any required professional commentary or confirmations customary for your credential
