Job Overview: Remote Customer Service Representative

Your primary function will be to obtain the release of vehicles located at body shops, residences, and other locations, while also performing various office support functions as needed. Required Skills and Experience:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least one year of office support experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote or virtual environment
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills and attitude, with a strong focus on providing unparalleled support and solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
