Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis (5 hours per week). As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for engaging with online community forums, managing digital communities, and providing support to families and caregivers. Key Responsibilities
- Engage with online community forums to provide support and resources to families and caregivers
- Identify and connect with local mom groups and other community organizations to build relationships and partnerships
- Manage digital communities, including social media platforms and online forums, to ensure that our message is being heard and our resources are being accessed
- Participate in quarterly meetups in the local community to build relationships and provide support to families and caregivers
- Utilize platforms such as Meta, Instagram, and Google Suite to manage our online presence and engage with our community
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Knowledge and passion for early intervention services: You will need to have a strong understanding of early intervention services, including speech, occupational therapy, and physical therapy.
- Personable and excellent communication skills: You will need to be able to communicate effectively with families and caregivers, as well as with our team and other stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented and intuitively organized: You will need to be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities, and to maintain accurate records and reports.
- Flexibility and adaptability: You will need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, and to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Availability to work 5 hours per week: You will need to be available to work a minimum of 5 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust your schedule as needed.
