About the Role
We're seeking an experienced US-Based Researcher to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As a Researcher, you'll play a vital role in helping individuals and families navigate corporate relocations by conducting online and phone research. This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives while enjoying a flexible schedule and a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct online and phone research to help individuals and families navigate corporate relocations
- Research information on gaining professional licenses, finding new babysitters, and other essential services
- Collaborate with the Research and other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Work independently to complete research tasks and meet deadlines
- Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of proprietary research tools and resources
- Provide excellent verbal and written communication skills to clients and team members

Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following qualifications and requirements:
- A High School Diploma or GED (no college required, some college a plus)
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be based in the US (see states listed above where we are able to hire)
- Have good phone skills and a strong working knowledge of the internet
- Be able to work independently as well as collaborate with the Research and other teams
- Proficiency in Internet searching and ability to quickly obtain pertinent resources
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum of 45 wpm typing skills
- Demonstrated creative/proactive thinking skills; effective problem-solving
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and web browsing
- Able to use your own home-based high-speed internet, telephone, and computer
