As an independent contractor with arenaflex, you will be responsible for your own taxes and benefits. You will not be eligible for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker’s compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
As a contractor with arenaflex, you can expect competitive hourly rates ranging from $17 to $20 per hour, depending on the client and your performance. Additional incentives are available based on client and performance metrics. You will also have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and industries, gaining valuable experience and skills to enhance your career.
