Job Overview
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for communicating with borrowers regarding federal student loan programs. This hybrid role involves receiving inbound calls, making outbound calls, and providing top-notch customer service to resolve customer inquiries, take loan payments, and offer repayment options. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Requirements
