- Offer creative Home Inspection leads to qualifying customers to enhance their experience and provide value-added services
- Cultivate and maintain ongoing customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Use computerized systems to identify customer needs, track contacts, gather information, and troubleshoot issues
- Communicate with branch personnel to resolve service and scheduling issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Initiate outbound customer service calls for various campaigns to proactively address customer needs and concerns
- Handle incoming calls from technicians to provide support and ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service
- Ability to use a personal computer and basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows
- Ability to type 25 wpm preferred, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Successfully meet pre-employment background screen, with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism
