- Circle back to inbound leads in a timely manner, as outlined in our Service Level Agreement (SLA), to ensure exceptional customer service and maximize sales potential
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships, leveraging industry insights, market trends, and competitive analysis
- Identify key decision-makers within new accounts and develop targeted sales strategies to engage and convert them into loyal clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to align sales initiatives with business objectives and drive growth
- Plan and execute qualified discovery meetings and product demos to showcase our solutions and build trust with potential clients
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, while maintaining a high level of sales productivity and efficiency
- Utilize Salesforce and other sales tools to track, analyze, and report on sales activities, pipeline growth, and revenue performance
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, sales)
- 0-2 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, inside sales, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools (or willingness to learn)
