Key Responsibilities:

• Service inbound calls while engaging and conversing with entrepreneurs and leaders, understanding their needs, and recommending the right arenaflex products and services
• Convey high levels of product and service knowledge to communicate suitable product features, benefits, and different components of our services
• Continuously develop key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, handling objections, and closing deals
• Provide exceptional client care by responding to inquiries regarding accounts in a fast-paced, organized client care environment
• Report essential account data according to established policies and procedures
• Integrity: Comply with all Administrative and Compliance rules related to servicing and sales practices

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Customer care experience (2 years+) with a proven track record of building client loyalty through outstanding listening, consultative relationship building, creativity, and strong written and verbal communication
• Proven success in a customer support and sales environment (2 years+)
• Ability to work in a dynamic metric-driven environment with the capability to multitask and navigate in an electronic environment
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Education benefits are available
