Job Summary
As a remote Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for performing data entry tasks, including working with large datasets, identifying trends, and analyzing data to inform business decisions. You will also be involved in various projects and tasks associated with Clinical Adjudication, PA overrides, and CAPAS operations. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry tasks, including working with large datasets, identifying trends, and analyzing data to inform business decisions
- Participate in enterprise requirement determinations, checking out and documentation for Clinical Adjudication tasks, and collaborating to discover the root reason for override issues
- Work on multiple tasks or projects associated with PAs, including branch projects and PA sports
- Support CAPAS carrier catalog offerings and incorporate progressive enhancements into all elements of CAPAS operations
- Support the implementation of patron PA documents during the Clinical overview part of the member statistics transition process
- Demonstrate CVS Health values, including collaboration and accountability, and assume strategically to follow validated reasoning and good judgment for CAPAS-associated tasks and projects
- Articulate complex/technical ideas to non-technical/lay users and possess excellent verbal exchange and organizational capabilities
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of analytical capabilities working with large datasets for projects or trending/possibility identification
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently with a strong, effective attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:
- RxClaim experience, particularly adjudication associated with PA overrides
- Advanced talent in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Access database
- Ability to run queries in RxClaim or Data Warehouse
- Experience using MS Access database
