Key Responsibilities

• Attend and successfully complete job-related and industry-specific systems and policy training as required to perform the duties of the position, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices.
• Review and analyze discrepancies in data received, request clarification, and effectively raise queries to the team supervisor to resolve uncertainties and questions that arise from executing tasks.

Essential Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in education and a commitment to lifelong learning.
• Experience working in a health or human services call center, with a deep understanding of the community to be served and the ability to interact courteously and effectively with a variety of people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
