Job Summary
We're immediately hiring for a Customer Service Representative to work from home in a fully remote environment. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in empowering our customers to achieve better overall wellness by providing timely, accurate, and professional customer service. This role requires a flexible schedule, with the ability to work a reduced hour schedule that may start and end outside of normal business hours. Key Responsibilities
- Virtually assist customers and other advisors over the phone, email, and on the web with billing/insurance verification, product, or service questions
- Manage both inbound and outbound calls to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues
- Proactively identify solutions to questions you anticipate our customers having in each interaction, taking a hands-on approach to resolving every issue
- Provide best-in-class service experience for our customers while working in a fast-paced environment, understanding that each interaction is an opportunity to build a long-term relationship
- Help answer customer inquiries regarding their insurance and copays, as well as shipping needs, providing technical support when navigating pharmacy.amazon.com
- Serve customers in a timely manner to ensure we are maximizing our relationship with them
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 6 months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools
- A hardwired broadband internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload contracted speed
- The ability to change your schedule frequently (every 3 weeks), with a two-week advance notice
- A private and distraction-free home environment, with the ability to devote full attention to the customer during work hours
Preferred Qualifications
We're looking for candidates with:
- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using software tools and technology to navigate customer accounts and resolve issues
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building long-term relationships
