Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
We're looking for experienced customer service professionals with a passion for delivering exceptional service. To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in customer service: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a contact center environment.
