About the Role

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, communications, or customer service.
- At least two years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the airline or travel industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
We're looking for candidates who have:
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.
- Knowledge of the airline or travel industry, including our products and services.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.

- Fluency in multiple languages, including English and Spanish.
